and he's off...

Kaden started walking today! He has done a few steps here and there, but today he started walking across the room! He is such a cute little guy! Why can't he stay little forever?!?

Mr. Wiggles

Trying to take a picture of an almost one year old is pretty much impossible! I was trying to get a good picture of him for his Birthday invite. Something that should be so simple and quick was such a hard task! Here are some to prove it!

Lexie

So, I responded to an e-mail that goes out to our old ward. (I am still getting them even though we moved out in July). It was for a permanent babysitter on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I thought since I am at home all day anyways then I could handle another child. So I emailed them and they quickly responded. I started about 3 weeks ago. The babies name is Lexie and she is about 7 months old. She is such a cute baby and my kids absolutely love her! Kambree says all the time "she is so cute!". She also told me that she wants "2 babies" instead of just one brother. And then of coarse she insisted that we take Lexie with us to Disneyland for Kambree's Birthday in November. I am so glad that my kids love to have her around! Even though she is such a good chill baby, she still acts as another form of birth control for me right now. I couldn't imagine toting around 3 kids while running errands or trying to get 3 kids to bed at night. My 2 kids are already enough trouble at bed time. Anyways, we enjoy having Lexie around twice a week. She is so cute and happy! Plus I don't mind the extra spending money especially since Christmas is getting so close!

Feeding Ducks

Floyd Lamb Park started having a farmers market the 1st and 3rd weekend of every month. We decided to go last weekend to check it out and then feed the ducks. The farmers market was really cool they had a lot of different stuff. I bought fresh picked tomatoes 7 for a $1.00. They were so yummy! In fact Brian, who has never been a huge fan of tomatoes, ate a few like they were apples! When I told my mom about them, she reminded me that when I was about 2 years old I would wander off into her garden with a salt shaker and sit and eat tomatoes whole. I have loved them ever since!

After walking through the market we walked over to the ducks, we brought a bag of bagels and started to tear off pieces to feed the ducks. Now let me just say that these ducks are like Costco size! They are huge! Just as tall as Kambree, so when they noticed we had bread they came over as fast as they could and swarmed us. Kaden was sitting in the stroller and no joke, 15 seconds in he was screaming in terror! Kambree freaked out, I had to pick her up. These ducks were insane! They were quacking so loud and they were so close it freaked both Brian and I out! It got to the point to where we were throwing whole bagels as far as I could to get these ginormous ducks away from us! Right as we got rid of our bread another boy came walking to the ducks so they started following him, it was so funny watching him cause there were so many ducks they just started chasing him, he started tearing off pieces of his bread as fast as he could until he finally threw down the whole piece and ran away as fast as he could! After we got rid of our bread I was able to take a few pics of them. They don't look scary, but I promise they were! I don't think we will go back to feed these ducks. Once we got in the car and left Kamrbee said "I don't like to feed ducks!" Poor girl was terrified!

Poor Kambree! After her traumatic experience she only wanted to ride in the stroller!

ps..

I just talked to my mom on the phone and she thinks I am absolutely crazy for posting pictures of my messy house. I might be a little crazy, but when I am tired at the end of the day and get on the computer, all that I see are blogs with perfect kids, perfectly clean organized houses, who never have dirty laundry or a single dirty dish in the sink. I am not sure how they do it because most of them have more kids than I do. They are called super moms! Me... I am just human. My house gets messy, and my kids do things to drive me nuts and that is why I do this blog, so that I can remember these days and all the crazy memories!

I hate Mondays!

Some weekends we are so busy doing things that we only come home to sleep, eat, and change clothes. Which means that nothing gets done around the house.

This is why I hate Mondays! The only thing that gets me through this day is knowing that when my kids go down for bed I get to watch Bachelor Pad. (my guilty tv pleasure!)

My baby!

We moved soon after Kaden was born and during all the packing and moving I lost his newborn pictures that a friend had done. The other day I was organizing a few drawers and found the CD with his pictures! This little baby grew so fast! I can't believe that he is 11 months!

number 3

Kaden's 3rd tooth started breaking through today. It has been one right after another. This new one is the upper right tooth. I can't wait till they are all in. I bet my poor little guy can't wait either, then maybe the both of us will get some sleep around here again!

Silly Girl!

Fishing!

Love this reservoir.

Brian and I used to come here all the time after we were married.

The last time we were here was before Kambree was born.

We didn't catch any fish this time.

We also weren't there very long since Kaden wasn't feeling so good.

It was so good to go back!

Hopefully soon we can take the kids back to go fishing.

This time when they are both not so sick!

(Wanna meet us there Chris and Tiffani!?! Let's plan it!)

Graham Family Reunion

We went to Pine Valley for a Graham Family Reunion. It started June 5th and ended the 8th. Unfortunately the kids were sick, so we didn't leave for the cabin until around noon on Saturday. Even though the kids were sick half the time, it was so much fun and so good to spend time with family! We did some 4-wheeling, fishing, family pictures, lots of eating, games, and just relaxing! The cabin was amazing! It was so big and it was so beautiful! The weather was perfect! It was such a good weekend we didn't want to leave! I took these pictures at night time when we were leaving, so they didn't turn out the greatest, but this place is so huge!

We love Utah!

At the beginning of August Sam moved from our house up to Provo. We drove her up to Utah. Brian missed out on the fun, it was just Sam, the kids, and I. It was so good to see all of our family up there! We stayed at Grandma and Grandpa Harward's, we miss them so much, it was so good to see them! We met up with my Uncle Dave from Canada, who spoiled us rotten! It has been so long I am so excited we got to see him. We also spent time with our cousins and we even had a girls night out for some Yogurt Land and the dollar movies. Thanks Chris for babysitting! :) We got to meet up with Brittni Lucas and her adorable Waylin! And during the 3 days that we were there we also fit in Ikea, Trafalga, BYU Creamery, the splash pad, and Kambree, Sam and I got our hair done. Thanks Tiff! We had a lot to fit in during our short little stay! It was just so fun seeing family and friends! We were so busy constantly doing things that I only got a couple pictures of Kambree, Kaden, Dempsey, and Kapplan in the bath tub. So cute! Brings back cousin memories! Such a fun weekend! Can't wait to go back up again!
