It is 8:52 on a Friday night. Kaden is sleeping. Kambree is sleeping. Brian is sleeping. So I was sitting on the couch wondering what the heck I was going to do with this free time (which never happens!) So I decided I am going to try and catch up on my blog, which it seems like I never have time for anymore! Here are a few things that are happening in our life...
{1} As you can tell from my previous post, I have a one year old again. The past few months with Kaden have been so much fun! I forget how much I love this stage he is in. His personality is just growing more and more everyday. I love it!
{2} Kambree's Birthday is coming up on November 11th. I can't believe I am going to have a 3 year old! Kambree amazes me everyday. I am so lucky to get to stay at home with her and watch her learn and grow. She has an amazing imagination and she loves to play pretend. I love to play with her and I love when Kaden goes down for his nap everyday and I get to have Mommy and Kambree time. She is my favorite girl in the whole world! Love her to pieces!
{3} I got a calling in our new ward. They called me a day and a half in advance to let me know that I was receiving a calling and needed to meet with the bishop. For a day and a half I wondered and wondered what my calling was going to be, they surprised me when they asked me to be the Assistant Relief Society Activities Coordinator. I am so excited. For the past year and a half I have been in Nursery. Two weeks before Kambree turned 18 months they gave me a calling in the Nursery. Kambree loved it because I was always with her. When we moved out of the ward and into a different one she wouldn't let me leave her in there. I would try to drop her off and leave but the leaders would bring her to me 5 minutes later. So even though I wasn't called, I just stayed in there to make her happy. Our newest ward is great... on our first Sunday they took her screaming and told me that she will be okay and to go to class. She stayed the whole time! It was wonderful, it had been so long since I have been in RS. I love it! It gets better and better every time we drop her off. She still cries a little when we drop her off, but when we pick her up she is so happy. She loves to tell us everything she did and she is constantly singing the songs they sing in Nursery. I am so happy that I get to stay in RS and meet all the women instead of just getting to know their kids!
{4} This is Brian's favorite time of year... football, fantasy football, and UNLV basketball, lets just say that I have one happy husband! It also helps that the 49ers record right now is 5-1. He loves it! It is about time they start winning games!
{5} Kambree learned how to ride a bike today. Our family from Canada bought Kambree a cute Barbie bike with training wheels a couple months ago and she just couldn't understand the pedalling part. Today it just clicked and off she went! We can't wait for Knickerbocker park to open! She will have more space to ride it. The park is being built right across the street. She constantly looks out the window and says "look Mom, they are building my park!".
(don't you just love her messy face and hair!?! I would be lying if I said she doesn't look like that very often! It is a good day when she stays in clothes. She would rather be naked all day every day if she could!)

{6} Do you watch Sister Wives? I do. I would never want to live that way, but I find their lives so interesting. Maybe it is not a good thing but it has opened up my mind. I may not agree with the lifestyle that they live, it is just not what I believe, but I just think that they should be able to live the way that they want to live. I hope that people don't judge me or get offended because I think this way, I know a lot of my friends don't like the show. Oh well. Anyways, if there are any of you that do watch it, Amanda and I ran into Robyn while grocery shopping at Walmart on Tuesday. We stopped her to say hi. She was grocery shopping with her Mom, trying to get everything ready for the baby. She was a week past her due date. (poor girl) She was so nice to stop and talk to us for a minute. It was kinda weird for Amanda and I to talk to somebody in person who we watch on TV every Sunday. It is weird that they live so close. I have seen Christine and Kody walking out of the TJ Max by the Smiths on Durango. Now if only I could meet Meri, she's my favorite!
Well. that's all I can think of right now. Hopefully I will get some more free time like this so I can keep up on my blogging!
